Privacy policy
LEVITERE AS is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
When you contact us
We process the name, email address and information you provide through our contact form or by email to answer your enquiry, prepare proposals and discuss your project.
When you contact us about entering into a contract with you, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For enquiries made on behalf of a company and other business correspondence, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing business relationships.
We need your contact details and sufficient information to respond. Providing this information is voluntary, but without it we may be unable to handle your enquiry.
We delete enquiries that do not lead to a contract within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. If you become a client, we retain relevant information for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards where required by accounting obligations or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Website operation and security
Our hosting provider, DreamHost, processes technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information to deliver and protect the website.
This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website. Technical logs are kept for the period reasonably necessary to identify errors, prevent abuse and investigate security incidents, and are then deleted or rotated. Records relating to a specific incident may be retained until it has been resolved and any related legal claims have been addressed.
Service providers and international transfers
We use DreamHost to host this website and Google services to receive and manage enquiries and email. Access to personal data is limited to authorised people and service providers who need it for these purposes.
These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where applicable, transfers are covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Otherwise, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where required.
For information about the safeguards applicable to your data, or to request a copy, contact leviterestudio@gmail.com.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions established by data protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and portability of data.
You may also object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests.
To exercise your rights, email leviterestudio@gmail.com.
You may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, at https://www.datatilsynet.no/, or with the supervisory authority in the EEA country where you habitually live or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos: https://www.aepd.es/.
We do not use your personal data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
